On December 2, CDA brought partners, funders, community members, and local officials together at Denizen MKE for a joyful holiday celebration. The gathering reflected the spirit that has guided Milwaukee’s housing efforts this year, collaboration, shared leadership, and a deep commitment to strengthening opportunities for families across our city.
Among the attendees were the owners of ECE (Early Childhood Educator) Homes, whose presence underscored the important role resident-driven leadership continues to play in expanding pathways to homeownership.
The evening offered time to connect, reflect, and celebrate a year defined by partnership and progress. It was a meaningful reminder that when community comes together, across neighborhoods, organizations, and sectors, momentum grows.
